It is as not been satisfactorily demonstrated that a building of the scale proposed is reasonably necessary for the stated agricultural activities at this site, nor has it been satisfactorily demonstrated that the proposed building, being of rendered double skin block built construction with a large roller shutter door to the southern elevation and a pedestrian access to the north elevation, has been designed appropriately for intended agricultural use. In the absence of a reasonable justification for a building of this scale and design the proposal is contrary to policies CO1, D2 and D19 of Sedgemoor Local Plan 2011-2032
