We are notified as a statutory consultee on the variation of the approved plans and removal of condition 4 which requires details of lighting. In essence the application remains as consented providing a footpath/cycle connection from Wills Road to Limousin Way which is in accordance with the overall objectives of the original outline consent for Wilstock/Stockmoor and inkeeping with the detail of the current application for the Country Park. The lighting condition was recommended in the interests of safety and ecology and is therefore a County matter for consideration. There is no objection in principle to the removal of condition 4 as the details if found acceptable are included on the submitted plans. As such Officers raise no objection to the application.
