The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans listed in schedule A. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.

The occupation of the dwelling known as Wall Eden Farm shall be limited to a person solely or mainly working, or last working, as the manager of the adjacent holiday park currently known as 'Wall Eden Farm Holiday Park', or a person solely or mainly working, or last working, in agriculture or a widow or widower of such a person, and to any resident dependants. Reason: This development is only acceptable in the locality because of the established functional need generated by the existing holiday park business in this rural location.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order, 2015, the prior written permission of the local planning authority shall be sought for any additions or extensions to the dwelling by the submission of a planning application. Reason: In the interests of retaining the dwelling as affordable for a rurally based worker.

The area allocated for parking on the submitted plan B10/191128 shall be kept clear of obstruction at all times and shall not be used other than for the parking of vehicles in connection with the development hereby permitted. Reason: To ensure the dwelling is served by adequate levels of parking.
