The development hereby permitted shall be carried out and retained in accordance with the approved plans listed in schedule A and discharged under the landscape condition under 24/18/00029. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.

The area allocated for parking and turning on the submitted plan (Drg No.180806/2A) shall be properly consolidated and surfaced in tarmac prior to 30th April 2022. The parking and turning area shall be kept clear of obstruction at all times and shall not be used other than for parking and turning of vehicles in connection with the development hereby permitted. Reason: In the interest of highway safety and residential amenity

There shall be no vehicular access, by occupants and/or users of the Log Cabins (consented under 24/18/0007) to the development hereby permitted from the agricultural entrance in Strowlands. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and to ensure that the log cabin holiday accommodation remains within the established business of Rookery Manor as the introduction of a second commercial use would be contrary to the established character of the immediate locality.

Any lighting in relation to the development hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority before its installation. The development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the approved details and retained as such thereafter. Reason: In the Interests of residential amenity and to avoid any unnecessary lighting effects on nearby properties.
