The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: In accordance with the provisions of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990 ( as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).

The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans listed in schedule A. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.

Prior to the development hereby approved being used, the first floor bathroom window in the north-eastern elevation shall be fitted with obscure glazing. This glazing shall remain place for all times thereafter. Reason: To safeguard the amenity of neighbouring residents in accordance with Policy D25 of the Adopted Local Plan.

Prior to development above dpc level, details of the bricks and the finish to the boarding shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In the interests of amenity in accordance with Policy D2 of the Adopted Local Plan.
