  • A vessel under the pilotage of the holder of a Pilotage Exemption Certificate will also incur charges as follows:
    • a) 100% Conservancy Charge
    • b) 100% of Boarding and Landing fees
    • c) 100% of Cargo Tariff
    • d) 20% of Attendance Fee if vessel fails to sail on time
