Active Spaces is a project encouraging communities to use their local parks to get fit, have fun and improve their wellbeing.
Active Spaces is a project which has been part funded by Sedgemoor District Council. Delivered by the Somerset Activity and Sports Partnership (SASP), it offers everyone the chance to have fun, get fit and move more. Whether it's about improving fitness, setting some new goals or having fun whilst exercising with the family, there is a session to suit everyone. There are two parks currently offering this project in Sedgemoor, including Apex Park in Burnham on Sea and Nether Stowey Recreation Ground.
