Essential Lifeline Service Terms (Monitoring Only)


The Essential service offers 24 hours a day monitoring from our highly trained staff in our monitoring centre.

The service excludes callouts from our Lifeline Officers if needed in an emergency. If you activate your pendant we will make contact with you to assess your situation and call your nominated contacts, key holders or emergency services.

The current offer is £3.75 per week (£16.25 per month) for one lifeline unit and pendant alarm.

The standard installation fee is £42.50. (This fee can be wavered if the recipient is in receipt of certain benefits)

There is a notice period of 2 months.

Charges apply for lost or damaged equipment.

Preferred Payment is by Direct Debit.

VAT does not apply if you have a long term physical or mental condition. Service terms may differ if VAT is payable - we'll advise you on this when we set up your account.
