Service standards are statements of service. The standards for each service set out the level of service that a customer should expect from that service. Where there are measurable standards, performance is monitored on a quarterly basis.
The council has service standards for the following areas:
- Building Control
- Clean Surroundings
- Committee Meetings
- Customer Services
- Environmental Health
- Housing, Communities and Wellbeing
- Human Resources
- Land Charges
- Monitoring Services (Lifeline and CCTV)
- Somerset West Private Sector Housing Partnership
