Service standards are statements of service. The standards for each service set out the level of service that a customer should expect from that service. For some of the measures are measurable and where there are measurable standards, performance is monitored on a quarterly basis.
The council has service standards for the following services:
Housing, Health and Wellbeing
Somerset West Private Sector Housing Partnership
Corporate Health standards
The council also monitor a number of standards that do not necessarily fall within one particular service under a general heading of Corporate Health standards.
