Works as specified in this application shall be carried out within 2 years from the date this consent is authorised.
Reason: To accord with the guidance contained in the National Planning Practice Guidance Tree Preservation Orders and trees in conservation areas.

All tree works shall be in accordance with BS3998:2010 (Recommendation for tree works).
Reason: In the interests of good arboricultural practice.

If works are programmed to take place within the main bird nesting season (March to September inclusive) then a survey should be undertaken by a qualified ecologist and submitted to the LPA immediately prior to commencement. If evidence of nesting birds is found then works must not take place until the chicks have fledged, to be verified by the ecologist.
Reason: In the interests of biodiversity and in order to safeguard protected species.
