The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.
Reason: In accordance with the provisions of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990 ( as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).

The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans listed in schedule A.
Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.

The use of the garage hereby permitted shall be limited to the domestic and private needs of the occupier of Highland House and it shall not be used for any business or other purpose
whatsoever.
Reason: The introduction of a commercial use would be contrary to the established character of the immediate locality.
