 Conditions and Reasons
1
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans listed in schedule A. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
2
This temporary permission shall enure solely for the benefit of applicant Mrs Gillian Aldridge, whilst residing at the property known as Waterside, Axbridge Road, Cheddar, only for the purpose of providing care to the applicant and shall be for a limited period being the period of three years from the date of this decision or 6 months from the use hereby permitted no longer being required, whichever is the sooner, unless the local planning authority has first agreed to an extension in writing. Reason: The local planning authority is only prepared to grant temporary permission having regard to the personal circumstances of the case.
3
When the premises cease to be occupied for the benefit of applicant Mrs Gillian Aldridge, whilst residing at the property known as Waterside, Axbridge Road, Cheddar, the use hereby permitted shall cease in accordance with the terms of condition 2 above and the use shall revert to the authorised use as a holiday let. Reason: The local planning authority is only prepared to grant temporary permission having regard to the personal circumstances of the case.
4
The log cabins permitted under planning permission reference 17/05/00134 shall be used for holiday accommodation only and shall not be occupied as a person's sole or main residence. The site operators and owners shall maintain an up to date register of the names of owners/occupiers, including their guests, of individual caravans on site and of their main home addresses and shall make this information available at all reasonable times to the Local Planning Authority. Reason: The site is within the open countryside where independent dwellings would not generally be permitted, the buildings are unsuitable for permanent residential accommodation, and to retain the buildings for holiday purposes to support tourism objectives.
5
There shall be no obstruction in front of the sight line shown on the submitted plan of more than 900 mm above the level of the adjoining carriage way. Reason: In the interests of highway safety.
6
The holiday cabins hereby approved shall be temporary demountable structures siting on a concrete base or timer lattice and shall not be permanently fixed to the ground through solid foundations. When the use of the land for tourism accommodation ceases, the holiday cabins shall be permanently removed from the application site. Reason: The local planning authority wishes the buildings to be easily removable when their use ceases and as such the buildings must not be permanently fixed to the ground and the land easily capable of being restored to its previous condition.
