Anyone with a valid e-mail address can sign a petition. Any registered user of this website can submit a new petition. If you are not already a registered user, you can create a user account on the Add Petition page.
Once your petition has been submitted, it will be reviewed by a member of staff to make sure it meets the basic standards for petitions. Once your petition has been approved, it will appear on the website, with a start and end date allotted for accepting signatures. Once this period has passed, the petition will be presented to the Council.
