The Local Government Association (LGA) Peer Challenge is a proven tool for improvement and provided a great opportunity for Sedgemoor District Council to learn from colleagues in other local authorities. The Peer Challenge process involves a small team of local government peers, who understand the challenges and opportunities facing local government, spending time at the council to provide challenge and share learning. Sedgemoor District Council welcomed the LGA Peer Challenge team, who spent a week with us, at the beginning of October 2017. Their final feedback report can be viewed here.
