Proposed new development - Little Sydenham Business Park

 

  

Superb M5 motorway connection 1.5 miles away

The pre-enquiry changes to the Sedgemoor District Local Plan have identified Little Sydenham Farm (between Bristol Road and Bath Road, Bridgwater) as a possible future employment site. The Council considers that there may be demand for this large site, which has potential for rail access, before expiry of the plan period deadline. In the event of a proven shortage of strategic employment land in the Bridgwater area, approximately 30 hectares of land at Little Sydenham Farm may be developed for employment uses (B1, B2 and B8), in a phased manner.
