Full Response Service Terms


The full response service includes 24hrs a day monitoring from our highly trained staff in our monitoring centre plus a dedicated call out service from our fully trained Lifeline Officers. If you activate your pendant we will make contact with you to assess your situation, and if you have fallen we can send out a Lifeline Officer with our lifting equipment and help you up from the floor.

We may also need to call emergency services and /or your contacts to attend.

The standard charge is £4.50 per week (£19.50 per month)

The standard installation fee is £42.50.

There is a notice period of 2 months.

Charges apply for lost or damaged equipment.

Payment is by Direct Debit.

This service available only to those with long term physical or mental condition. (i.e. if you are VAT exempt.)
