SHAL has its own workforce of skilled tradesmen.

Founded in 1944, the Society owns over 500 homes in the counties of Devon, Somerset, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. SWHS homes are mainly located in small market towns and villages. The Society is in the process of moving its offices from Worle to purpose built office accommodation in Sedgemoor.
