Within three months of the date of permission being granted or unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, the existing access shall be modified to incorporate the details shown on the amended plan (Drawing No. 1291 08 Rev. A) received 14th December 2008, (to include the access width, radii and the piers being set back at least 2m from the nearside carriageway edge).

Any entrance gates erected shall be hung to open inwards and shall be set back a minimum distance of 10m from the carriageway edge.

The driveway between the edge of the carriageway and the entrance gates shall be properly consolidated and surfaced (not loose stone and gravel) in accordance with details, which have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, and shall be and maintained thereafter at all times.
