1 . The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: In accordance with the provisions of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990 ( as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).
2 . Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order), 1995, the prior written permission of the local planning authority shall be obtained for the insertion of any new windows, other than any hereby approved, above ground floor level in any north elevation by the submission of a planning application made for this purpose. Reason: To safeguard the privacy of adjoining property.
